Clinic Policy

At Wellington Rejuvenation, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, personalized care. To ensure a positive experience for all our patients, please review our clinic policies below.


Appointments

  • Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled by phone or online. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.
  • Arrival Time: Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork.
  • Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or shorten your appointment time to accommodate other patients.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • 24-Hour Notice: We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient.
  • No-Show Policy: Missed appointments without prior notice will be subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact us if you cannot attend.
  • Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies happen. In such cases, please call us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to reschedule you.

Payments

  • Accepted Payments: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Payment is due at the time of service.
  • Insurance: We are not currently accepting insurance. However, we can provide an itemized receipt if you would like to submit it to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
  • Refund Policy: Payment for services rendered is non-refundable. For prepaid packages, please inquire directly with our office for specific terms.

Medical Records and Privacy

  • Patient Confidentiality: Your privacy is important to us. All personal health information is kept confidential in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
  • Record Requests: If you need access to your medical records, please submit a written request. Processing times may vary, but we strive to fulfill all requests within 7-10 business days.

Prescription Policy

  • Prescription Refills: Refill requests should be made at least 5 business days before you run out of medication. Please note that not all prescriptions may be eligible for a refill without a follow-up visit.
  • Controlled Substances: We adhere strictly to all state and federal laws regarding the prescription of controlled substances.

Treatment Packages & Services

  • Prepaid Packages: Prepaid packages are valid for the specified duration only. Please review terms before purchase.
  • Service Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any services or treatments to ensure the best standard of care for all patients.

Conduct

  • Respectful Environment: Wellington Rejuvenation is a welcoming, professional space for everyone. We kindly ask all patients to maintain respectful communication and behavior with staff and other patients.
  • Zero Tolerance Policy: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for disruptive or abusive behavior. Any individual exhibiting such behavior may be asked to leave and could be refused future services.
